For verified platform members, we collect: name, company, email address, and role on the platform (clinic, cryobank, or agent).
Information we do not collect
We do not collect patient personal data. Browsing sessions related to donor profiles and catalogue access are anonymous.
Data retention
Member data is retained for 5 years following account closure, after which it is permanently deleted.
